In 2016, Travelex became a part of the Cover-More Group, a subsidiary of Zurich Insurance Group. Cover-More is Australia’s largest travel insurance, medical assistance, and employee assistance provider. Travelex offers two travel insurance plans.
The Travelex Travel Basic Plan provides 100% coverage for trip cancellation, 100% for trip interruption and $15,000 for Emergency Medical coverage. The Travelex Travel Basic Plan also provides $100,000 Emergency Medical Evacuation & Repatriation coverage plus $500 baggage protection and $10,000 Accident Death & Dismemberment coverage.
The Travelex Travel Select Plan builds on the Travelex Travel Basic Plan and increases coverage levels and traveler protection. The Travelex Travel Select Plan provides 100% coverage for trip cancellation, 150% for trip interruption and $50,000 for Emergency Medical coverage. The Travelex Travel Select Plan also provides $500,000 Emergency Medical Evacuation & Repatriation coverage plus $1,000 baggage protection and $25,000 Accident Death & Dismemberment coverage.
File a Claim
To file a Travelex travel insurance claim using the claim form, you will need to enter your plan code then select “Submit”. You can find your plan code (i.e. TBBand TSB) on your Travelex Brochure, Policy or Confirmation of Coverage.
